General Information & Cancellations

There are 2 ways to make a reservation with us: Simply call 209-742-6204 between 08:00 and 20:00 (Pacific Standard Time) and we will be happy to take your reservation. Or, use our safe and secure online reservation system on our website, anytime! A deposit is required to finalize your reservation. Deposits are partially refundable (SEE BELOW). We accept Visa or MasterCard credit cards.

Room Rates

Room rates are subject to change without notice. Weekends and holidays may differ and require a minimum night stay. Rates may vary by season, day of week, weekend and/or holiday. Click on any Book Now button or the reservation page to see real time availability and rates.

No-Shows

Reservations that are not canceled prior to the arrival date will be treated as a no-show. Guest will be charged for the total amount of their stay on the credit card we have on file. No refunds. There are no exceptions.

3rd-Party (Online Travel Agencies e.g. Booking.com) Reservations

Any reservation made through any online travel agency, such as Booking.com or Expedia, must follow the policies listed on that site. Reservations made on this website will always result in a lower room rate and/or a more flexible cancellation policy at time of booking. It is best to book with us directly.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation at least 5 days prior to your arrival; 75% of your deposit will be refunded back to your credit card, immediately. However, if you cancel less than 5 days prior to your arrival, there is no refund. We would be happy to reschedule your stay once during the same calendar year at full credit, based on availability. The only exception is that if we are unable to provide you with said service, we will refund you a portion or all monies paid; at our discretion. Deposits are the total amount of the reservation. We cannot accept cancellation by phone. No refund for early departure due to a change in plans.

Occupancy

Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy for the standard rooms (Sonoma, Sierra, Sugarpine, Sequoia rooms) and include continental breakfast. Rates are quoted for up to 4 people for the Suncatcher room and include continental breakfast. Children are welcome in rooms; but you must be prepared with all necessities as we do not have cribs, high chairs, or any other child-related items available. Absolutely, no roll away or blow up beds are allowed in any room. Parents are responsible for their children’s actions.

Please Note:

If more guests arrive than originally booked and paid for; additional room(s) will be required as per law. We cannot guarantee that extra room(s) will be available upon your arrival. We will do our best to find an appropriate room elsewhere. But if the room(s) originally reserved cannot accommodate the arriving party, there is no refund. It is against California Law to exceed posted occupancy.

Other Important Information:

Check in time is 12 p.m (12:00) to 8 p.m (20:00). Arrangements can be made for late arrivals; please call. Check out is 10:00. FREE, assigned parking space for all our guests. FREE WiFi is available throughout the property. Special dietary needs cannot be accommodated. However, we do offer a free, continental breakfast buffet that includes gluten-free, keto and vegan items.

All inside of our property is smoke and vape-free. However, smoking is allowed outside, including 420. Proper ashtray disposal is expected. No flame candles, incense, essential oils, cooking or BBQ allowed. There will be a $350 cleaning fee assessed if there is a violation.

No refund for early departure due to a change in plans. Please do not step or climb on mine cart.

Pet Policy

No guest pet of any kind is allowed on the property. Emotional support animals can not be accommodated. No exceptions. Also, keep in mind that dogs are not allowed on most trails in Yosemite. Please make arrangements for your pets to stay home.

Property Damage and/or Stolen Items

Minor mishaps happen. However, willful or damages due to negligence done to the Inn itself, or rooms or property within those spaces, will not be tolerated and will be subject to a monetary damage assessment. This amount will be charged to the credit card on file. We ask that you please be respectful of our home and its contents including towels, bedding, decorations, art, glassware, outside grounds, etc. Do not climb on mine cart.

Lost / Not Returned Room Keys and Remotes

For room keys / remote controls that are not returned, there is a $50 lost fee. If not returned, the fee will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file.


Privacy Statement

At Little Valley Inn, we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal information. We take security seriously. When guests make a reservation, we take every precaution to safe guard it online and offline. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We would never share your email, credit card or any other information with anyone.

Little Valley Inn may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, property, and service providers.


Accessibility Statement

We want everyone who visits the Little Valley Inn website to feel welcome and find their experience rewarding.

To help us make the Little Valley Inn website a positive place for everyone, we have been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.

We are working hard to achieve our goal of Level AA accessibility; but we realize there are some areas that need to improve.
